“BPS” เครื่องตรวจจับแรงดันรุ่นใหม่ จาก บอลลูฟ
บริษัทบอลลูฟ (Balluff) ขอแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่บริษัทได้พัฒนาขึ้นใหม่ล่าสุด คือ เครื่องตรวจจับแรงดัน “BPS” ที่มีระบบป้องกัน IP67 เพื่อปกป้องกันสิ่งที่เป็นอันตรายต่ออุปกรณ์หรือแผงวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่อยู่ภายใน และสามารถใช้งานได้กับตัวกลางที่เป็นแก๊สและของเหลว เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่มีความทนทานสูง คุณสมบัติเด่นคือ ใช้เซนเซอร์น้ำหนักเซรามิก (ceramic load cell) ที่มีความเสถียรยาวนาน, มีอัตรา price/performance ที่ดึงดูดใจเป็นอย่างยิ่ง และยังติดตั้งง่าย ใช้งานสะดวก มีความเที่ยงสูง และด้วยจอแสดงข้อมูลที่มีขนาดใหญ่ สว่าง สามารถมองเห็นได้ง่าย ทำให้สร้างความมั่นใจให้แก่ผู้ใช้งาน ให้สามารถมองเห็นได้อย่างชัดเจนและรวดเร็ว ไม่เพียงแต่สามารถแสดงค่าแรงดันในหลายๆระบบ ได้แก่ bar, mbar, PSI และ MPa แต่ยังมีโครงร่างที่มั่นคง และเรียบง่าย ตามมาตรฐานของ VDMA โดยใช้ 2 ปุ่ม และเมนูแนะนำการใช้งานที่ง่ายต่อการใช้

Balluff cung cấp nguồn điện cho thiết bị chạy bằng năng lượng gió
Cùng thời gian diễn ra Triển lãm Hanover là thời điểm Balluff giới thiệu một nguồn điện thông minh mới với đặc điểm tiết kiệm năng lượng dành riêng cho thiết bị chạy bằng năng lượng gió. Thiết bị bán áp (semi potted) với hiệu suất lên tới 93% được thiết kế chống sốc và chịu tải rung cao, đồng thời có thời gian sử dụng tới gần 20 năm với thông số tuổi thọ MTBF 800.000 giờ. Đặc điểm nổi bật: đây là nguồn điện đầu tiên có thể nối trực tiếp với điện thế máy phát điện mà không cần bộ biến áp ở giữa. Ngoài ra thiết bị còn được trang bị hệ thống đèn báo quang học độc đáo, hiển thị trạng thái và tình trạng của thiết bị. Do thiết bị này theo dõi mức tải động nên có thể hoạt động liên tục ngay cả trong điều kiện tải cao. Thiết bị có thể dự phòng từ 30 tới 50% không cần thiết.

Based on this commercial demand Dr. Khajepour established AEMK Systems (www.AEMKSystems.com), a company specializing in the design and distribution of high-speed, cable and vision-based robotics systems for use in a variety of industrial applications. The DeltaBot is capable of over 120 pick-and-place cycles per minute and handling up to 20 kg.
